These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk8mas ("bk8mas", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bk8mas website located at bk8mas.app and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.
By creating an account, accessing the bk8mas platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the bk8mas platform immediately.
3.1 Age Restriction. bk8mas is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any game or wager on the Platform. 21+ This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. bk8mas reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including but not limited to a MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds — including winnings — will be forfeited.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) active bk8mas account only. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
3.3 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number or passport number, contact email address, and phone number — is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify bk8mas promptly of any changes to your registered details. bk8mas accepts no liability for loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.4 KYC Verification. bk8mas operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in compliance with its international gaming authority licence obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including at first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a defined threshold, or when bk8mas has reasonable grounds to verify identity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period specified by bk8mas will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities pending completion.
3.5 Self-Excluded Persons. Registration and use of bk8mas by any person who is currently subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order — whether issued by bk8mas or any other gaming operator — is strictly prohibited. If bk8mas discovers that a self-excluded person has successfully registered, the account will be immediately closed and the self-exclusion reinstated.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk8mas login credentials. bk8mas strongly recommends the use of a unique password not used for any other online service, and the activation of two-factor authentication ("2FA") available free of charge within your account security settings.
4.2 You must notify bk8mas immediately via live chat or the support email if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or if you observe any unauthorised account activity.
4.3 bk8mas shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, except to the extent that such loss is directly attributable to bk8mas negligence.
4.4 bk8mas maintains a login history log accessible to each Player from the Account Security section. Players are encouraged to review this log regularly and to use the session invalidation tool if unrecognised access is detected.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bk8mas accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Currency. All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are levied by bk8mas on MYR transactions.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported e-wallets and bank transfer methods are credited to a Player's bk8mas balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. bk8mas accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to verified accounts via e-wallet methods typically settle within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, and other supported Malaysian banks typically settle within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. High-value withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds may be subject to additional security verification before processing.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Players must withdraw to a payment method used for a prior deposit on the same account. bk8mas reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it reasonably considers unusual.
5.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits or withdrawals from or to accounts not registered in the Player's own name are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by bk8mas are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
6.2 bk8mas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering commitments in progress will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of opt-in.
6.3 Bonus abuse — defined as any conduct intended to exploit promotional offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, automated play, or misrepresentation of identity — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.4 Where a Player has active Bonus Funds in their account, bk8mas applies wagers first against Bonus Funds unless the Player elects otherwise in the Cashier settings. Real-money funds held in excess of Bonus Funds remain available for withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
7.1 Each game type available on bk8mas — including but not limited to live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, and sportsbook — is governed by its own specific game rules displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of that game only.
7.2 bk8mas game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators ("RNG") for virtual games, and by physical dealing/spinning processes for live casino games streamed from licensed studios. All game providers operating within the bk8mas platform hold current certifications from recognised testing laboratories.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error that interrupts a game round before the outcome is determined, bk8mas will void the round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Where the outcome has been determined prior to the interruption, the settled outcome will stand.
7.4 bk8mas reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably suspects was placed with prior knowledge of an outcome, exploited a software error, or was placed in contravention of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk8mas platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances without recourse:
9.1 All content on the bk8mas platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, trade marks, and the bk8mas name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk8mas or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk8mas platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sub-licence any element of the Platform's content.
bk8mas collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. bk8mas is committed to responsible gaming. All Players have immediate access, free of charge and without requiring a support interaction, to the following tools through their Account Settings: deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, reality checks, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 12.2 bk8mas's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the aggregate sum of deposits made by you to your bk8mas account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 bk8mas does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free of errors, or free of malicious code. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the bk8mas platform following notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of bk8mas's international gaming authority licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable Malaysian law.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game outcome, or account matter, you should first contact bk8mas customer support via 24/7 live chat. bk8mas undertakes to respond to all disputes within seventy-two (72) hours. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided by bk8mas's licensing authority.
14.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bk8mas with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
